Resort Policy:

• Guests only allowed parking their vehicles at our parking area; it is not our responsibility for any damaged and loss item for outside parking.
• Room key’s control is an important point for us to manage a safety and security of our guest’s room. So please always keep the key properly or you may leave at the front desk when leaving. In the event of lose a key; there will be a charge of IDR 1.000.000 for replacement.
• Guest room is equipped for your convenience need and comfort stay, any damaged item by the guests or lost item will be charge to your room account accordingly. You may also buy them if you want to collect, depend on our stock availability. Price list is available at front desk.
• Guests are not allowed to smoking inside the villa, we suggest you to smoking at the balcony or outside area.
• For convenience stay of all guests, we suggest you to control audio/video at your villa in proper level and please don’t speak to0 load especially in night time.
• Always lock the door whenever you leave the villa.
• For guests who are not in the resort when their departure time, we will collect their luggage and all stuff from the villa and we keep at our luggage store in the lobby, due to preparation for next arrival guests.
• Visitors are not allowed entering the villa unless the guests asked for and confirm to our front desk. An Identity Card is required for security record.

Important Information:

1. Balinese people are respecting their head as symbol of prime part of body; please do not touch their head.
2. Women in period are prohibited to entering a temple. Some temples also not allowed tourists to visiting, please don’t do. Especially when there is a temple ceremony we suggest you to use a proper sarong and craft to see the ceremony, you may take a picture but please do not disturb.
3. When riding a motorbike, make sure bring your driving license and bike’s document, use a proper helmet and only parking your vehicles at the proper and safe area. Watch for the police and traffic signs since some road only allow for one way and other can two ways, to avoid a penalty from policeman. If you rent a bike or car, make sure it is completed with the legal insurance.
4. If you want to change your money, please only come to authorized money changer and make sure you have count all money correctly.
5. When going walk, please be careful and watch your steps. Sometimes there is construction or damaged pathway, less of lighting and some places has stairs.
6. Be careful with your valuables thing when going around also when hire a taxi, make sure there is nothing left if you leave one place.
7. Ubud market is an interested place to visit; there are traditional market and souvenir shop inside. The market is open early at 5AM and closed at 7PM. Be a good bargainer and enjoy it!
8. An international departure at the airport require a 2 hours check in before the flight while domestic departure require 1 hour, so please prepare your time accordingly. There is an airport tax will apply at IDR 200.000 for international flight and IDR 75.000 for domestic flight (depend on aircraft regulations)
